Christine Finch née Paton (V 1961) met up with Jean Tier née Proverbs (CG 1960) in New Zealand recently. See them photographed here on the left in front of Whangarei Falls on the North Island. Both of their daughters live in New Zealand, and Christine was visiting whilst Jean hopes to get citizenship soon. In January they celebrated their 80th birthdays together, the third time they have done so since celebrating both their 21st and 60th birthdays together. What a fantastic and long-lasting friendship St Swithun's has given them.
