The 1884 Legacy Society

Creating a legacy for the future

Leaving a gift in your will can make a significant difference to the future of the school. We have recently set up the 1884 Legacy Society, chaired by former student Roberta Brockman (CG 1968) which has been created to enable a group of like-minded individuals to stay closely connected to the school throughout their lifetime, once the school is aware of their intended legacy pledge. If you would like to find out more about how you can create a legacy for the future, please click the button below to view the 1884 Legacy Society brochure.

Support us while you shop

Through Easyfundraising you can support us when doing online shopping, at no extra cost to you.

On Easyfundraising, over 7,000 brands will donate to us, including all the big names like eBay, John Lewis & Partners, Argos, ASOS, Expedia, M&S, Just Eat, Uswitch and many more. This means you can make free donations to the Bramston Bursary Foundation no matter what you are purchasing.

Volunteer with us

If you don’t have much time to commit, but you’d like to help for an hour or two now and then, you might be interested in becoming a BBF Volunteer.

There will be no regular meetings, just a willingness to be called upon to help if you are available.

Volunteer opportunities include helping serve drinks, baking cakes or marshalling at a run.

We do not expect you to be free on every occasion, but anything you can do to help would be much appreciated.

As a school parent, it is a great way to meet friends and participate in the school’s social life, and as a former student, it is a lovely way to re-connect with your old school and help others have the same experience as you did.

If you're interested get in touch with Kate or Olivia using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Fundraising events

Throughout the year we host a number of fundraising events in order to raise money for the Bramston Bursary Foundation. Please do take a look at our 'What's on' page to see upcoming events.
