On Saturday 17 September we held our annual Old Girls' Day. It was a beautiful sunny day and we enjoyed getting to catch up with so many former Swithunites from over the years. This year, we met Old Girls' from a variety of reunion groups, but in particular we celebrated the class of 1972 (50 year reunion), the class of 1997 (25 year reunion) and the class of 2012 (10 year reunion).

The day included a tour of the school, led by our Head Girls' team, a delicious buffet lunch with wine, and an assembly. It was fantastic to have a number of former staff attending including geography teacher Sue Mansergh. Many former pupils mentioned that they'd learnt how to map read properly from her lessons. A very useful life skill!

We're excited to announce that Old Girls' Day 2023 will be taking place on Saturday 16 September 2023. Look out for more details in the coming months.
