Thank you to Tessa Richardson, née Lalonde (V 1989) for letting us know about the Sunflower Walk she is supporting in aid of Mountbatten Hospice.

The walk is taking place in the beautiful private grounds of Broadlands Estate, Romsey between 10am and 2pm on Sunday 4th July 2021 (Registration 9am).

All the details can be found at:

https://www.mountbatten-hampshire.org.uk/Event/sunflowerwalk2021

Mountbatten Hampshire provides highly skilled end of life care to a population of around 600,000 people living with death and dying within their own homes (including care homes) or on their inpatient unit at the hospice building in the West End of Southampton and as part of their bespoke day, self-help and rehabilitation services. They also support patients' families, friends and carers through their illness and bereavement.

This important annual fundraising event (formerly known as the Sunflower Memory Walk) provides opportunity for supporters to spend some time with family, friends and hospice staff remembering their loved ones. There is also an option, for those unable to join them on the day, to ‘Walk Your Way’ choosing a route that is local or dear to them; this event is accessible to everyone.
