General Information |
St Swithun’s Community Hub is open to all St Swithun's alumnae, students, current and former parents, current and former staff and governors. These are the only individuals who may JOIN the hub.
However, we very much welcome our wider network of friends, family and students from other educational establishments to many of our special events.
Please find here step by step instructions how to register for an event as a 'guest'.
Go to the St Swithun's Community Hub:
Step 1
Click on the 'What's On' button (can also be found in the drop down menu on mobiles) to find the event
Step 2
Select the event and click on the button to 'Register/Buy Tickets'
Step 3
Click 'Continue as guest' (no need to enter an email or password)
Step 4
Complete your personal details and click 'Next'
Step 5
If you have registered for an event before, you may already be in our system, please click the drop down arrow next to the 'None' box to see if you can find yourself. If you can't find yourself, please leave as 'None' and click 'Done'
Step 6
Please select your ticket type (and quantity) and choose whether you would like to make an additional donation. Then click 'Next'

Complete your home address details
Step 7 (if you have chosen to make a donation)
If you are able to Gift Aid your donation, this will increase the value of your gift by 25% at no extra cost to you. Just tick the box highlighted below and then click 'Next'
Step 8
Click to 'Book tickets / Register for event'
Step 9
Select 'Pay by credit/debit card' and click 'Pay now and Finish'
Step 10
Enter credit/debit card details, and click 'Pay £...'
The process is now complete - thank you!
