St Swithun’s Summer Fair
Join us for our first-ever joint Prep & Senior School Summer Fair - an action-packed afternoon of fun for all ages!
Open to the wider community, so do spread the word and bring friends and family along.
Think inflatables, games, street food, homemade cakes, bubble tea, and all your favourite stalls - plus an artisan market, garden stall, and the ever-popular dog show.
Relax with a Pimm’s or ale from the Flowerpots Inn bar, while the children enjoy a full host of games, stalls & activities, including SuperCamps.
Plus a fantastic raffle with brilliant prizes to round off the day!
Entry & Pricing
Entry to fair: Free
Under 2s: Free activities
Dog Show: £2.50 per class or £10 for all 5
Raffle: £5 per ticket or £25 per book
Wristband & Token Packages
Purchasing a wristband allows your child unlimited access to all age-appropriate activities, including inflatables and SuperCamps activities.
Wristbands are separated by age due to safety and access restrictions on some of the larger inflatables.
Both wristband packages include £10 worth of tokens to spend on stalls at the fair:
1 token = £1
Tokens can be used on games and activity stalls

Wristband & Token Package Options (price includes 10 tokens)
Year 1 & under (£15)
Wristband allows access to the Prep School inflatables and all other age-appropriate activities that do not require tokens.
Year 2 & above (£20) (including Senior School, 18 years & under)
Wristband allows access to the larger inflatables and a wider range of activities, included at no extra cost.
Note: If you are purchasing tickets as a non–St Swithun’s family on The Hub, please select “External” from the drop-down menu. Your wristbands and tokens will be available for collection at the Ticket Office on the Senior School Field on the day of the fair.
Additional wristbands and tokens will be available to purchase on the day from the two ticket offices (Prep field & Senior School field).
Booking & Collection (please be aware)
To avoid queues on the day, we strongly recommend pre-ordering:
Orders placed before Monday 1 June can be collected w/c Monday 1 June - Friday 5 June from the Prep Office or Senior School (as selected at booking)
Orders placed after 1 June & external bookings will be collected on the day of the fair at the main ticket office on the senior school field.
On the day:
Individual wristbands (Year 1 & under: £5, Year 2 & above: £10) will be available to purchase on the day from our tickets offices along with tokens (1 bag of 10 tokens: £10)
