Claudia heads up the operations for a division of an outsourcing company.  Her role is to manage the commercial success of the service line and encompasses finance, compliance, resourcing and implementation of a fast-growing part of the business.

Having qualified as an accountant with PwC, Claudia has worked with growing businesses throughout her career.  She is passionate about diversity in the workplace and spent 2 years working on a project to help professional women return to work after a career break.  She studied Sciences & Maths at A’level and then read Law at university, all of which have been valuable in her career.  Outside of work, Claudia is often found on The Hamble with her paddle board.
