Shameel Naqvi Biography
 
I have been associated with the consumer goods industry as operations professional (procurement – supply chain – manufacturing) for the last 24 years.  I have worked for different geographies (Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America) in the capacity of Head of Procurement which has enabled me to work with diverse cultures, industries and people in the field of negotiations.  I have a big passion for negotiations as I believe we negotiate everyday with external people and within ourselves.  In my professional career I have led several major negotiations across various cultures, geographies and have also developed and delivered several courses on negotiation skills.
