Caroline Hammond (Biography):
Caroline runs a design and construction company called Vivid Design Works, making spaces, sets and props mainly for the events industry.
She began her design career working on a TV show called The Big Breakfast on Channel 4, running the art department and has created sets for Graham Norton, SMTV and CDUK.
She has worked running decor teams at festivals, then created spaces for brands at festivals and now works with a wide range of brands in various ways with sustainability at their core.
She feels the combination of some pretty strong matriarchs in her family, many of whom went to St Swithuns, along with her own experience there, gave her a strong sense of independence and a very driven work ethic.
