On 2nd November, Marie Blesie (UES) will run a session on applying to the US colleges. This is for both students and parents. There will be a further session on selecting colleges and how St Swithun’s will support pupils next term. All pupils interested in applying to the US will also be invited to make a one-to-one appointment with Mr Dixon.

We have several of L6 students completed the SAT and ACT preparation courses over half term - SAT/ACT courses. Please register to take the tests early as spaces fill quickly. To register for a course, please follow this link, choose Option C or D (20-hour group course), and enter the code SCH695 at the end (the code is case sensitive). Both the SAT and the ACT tests are viewed equally by all US institutions. It is therefore important that students prepare for the test they are most likely to score best on.
