Booking instructions:
Please note that when you book your tickets, you will need to have made your menu and wine choices from the options below. If you would like to be seated with specific people or year groups please provide this information at the time of booking. Tables seat 12 people.
Once you have entered your own details and choices, you will be prompted to add extra tickets for your guests. Please choose the quantity you require and press ADD. You will then be asked to fill out the details and choices of each of your guests.
Please be aware that by ordering your wine you are agreeing for the cost to be added to your school bill. An email will be sent to confirm the total wine cost. The cost of tickets will be charged to your credit card at the end of the booking process.

Goats Cheese Mousse with Pomegranate Molasses, baked figs & mint OR
Roast Cauliflower with cauliflower kimchi & pickled raisins (Vegan)
Main
Chicken with black garlic, mushrooms and asparagus OR

Belgian Chocolate Secret Garden OR
Coconut mousse with passion fruit, lime and roasted pineapple (Vegan)

WHITES
Whale Point Sauvignon Blanc, Western Cape, South Africa £12
Excellent floral nose, so inviting and crisp with superb ripe flavours.
Condes dei Albarei Albarino, Rias Biaxas, Spain £23
Lively freshness and dry minerality with a creamy finish. The Albarino grape here provides a floral bouquet and apple, pear and peach flavours.
Domaine Cherrier Sancerre, Loire Valley, France £30
This wine is the epitome of well-made French whites. The freshness and clarity of flavour is second to none.
Moulin de Pont Saint-Veran, Burgundy, France £35
The oak power is not hiding here and all the better for it. Brioche, yeasty and ripe apple flavours dominate, but it’s also rounded and wonderfully pure.
ROSE
Chateau Paradis, Aix-en-Provence Rosé, France £25
The epitome of classic dry floral Rosé from Provence, sublime elegant flavours, so well balanced.
REDS
Finca Vista Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina £12
Such an enjoyable Malbec, immediate red fruits, pure earthy touches and good body.
Tor del Colle Montepulciano Riserva, Abbruzzo, Italy £23
Stunning aroma and deep earthy flavours with a smooth juicy finish. A complex layered wine.
Chateau Sablard de Moine Lalande de Pomerol, Bordeaux, France £30
Good structure with plum and mineral complexity and a lingering finish.
Bodegas Azabache Gran Reserva, Rioja, Spain £35
Wonderful aroma and concentration, bursting with red berries and plums, complemented by vanilla and sweet spices from the oak.
SPARKLING
Veuve Valmant, Loire Valley, France £20
Sublime freshness and complexity with a fine bubble coming from extended bottle age.
Champagne de Malherbe Brut, France £50
A superb small name Champagne house with a richness and flavour reminiscent of Bollinger.
Champagne Moet et Chandon Brut, France £70
Fine and fresh with a good lemon and citrus freshness, well made and refreshing.
A gin bar will be available at the ball offering refreshing G&Ts from The RiverTest Distillery... don't forget to bring your cash and cards to buy one of these delicious drinks on the night (and don't forget to book a taxi!)
Sunset Citrus
Brings together the zesty citrus flavours of pink grapefruit and pomelo with the subtle sweetness of rosehip to create a uniquely refreshing gin and tonic.
Served with Indian tonic, slice of pink grapefruit or blood orange and lots of ice.
This year's silent auction will begin two weeks before the event and will culminate in an exhilarating live auction on the night run by Jumblebee! Look out for more details coming soon to see what amazing auction lots will be on offer!

As the ball and auction are being organised in aid of the Bramston Bursary Foundation, we hope you understand that all ticket and wine purchases are non-refundable. If you pre-order wine but cannot attend, you can collect it from school at an agreed time.
When you leave the event, please respect our boarders and other neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. Please do not knock on boarding houses' doors for help - instead please ask members of the PTA or BBF Committee for assistance. Thank you for your consideration.
If minor First Aid is required, please contact a member of the PTA or BBF Committee for assistance. In the event of an emergency, please call 999.
