The Professional Guidance Department is delighted to welcome Thomas Varmer (current parent), who will be presenting a virtual talk which is open to our state school and community partners, as well as the whole St Swithun's community.

Thomas Varmer (Biography):

Thomas is a pioneer with C-Level Executives and their teams helping to reinvent industries and digitally transform business to do more with less, automate processes, delight customers, create new revenue streams & improve profits – with ease and intelligence. He is impact driven with an obsession for customers, having a 'Partnership first’ approach, a strong business acumen and the ability to influence outcomes with an unusually long term orientation.

Thomas previously worked at Microsoft (Data and AI Azure specialist), IBM (Software account Manager Utilities) and SAP (Key Account Director).
